more shows to be added!
As Rebel Time Records is head-quartered in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and Hamilton, Ontario, we’re especially chuffed to be doing shows in both cities!
As per the posters, The Kitchener-Waterloo show is happening on Friday, November 7th at The Outpost (with The Rebel Spell, Brutal Youth, The Fallout and Expect Resistance) and the Hamilton show is happening on Sunday, November 9th at This Ain’t Hollywood (with The Rebel Spell, The Fallout, The Class Assassins, Brutal Youth and Come Out Swinging).
Lots of great bands playing these shows too! If you are not familiar with them, here’s a bit of a primer!
The band Expect Resistance doesn’t have any music available, but have been described as “mixing heavy guitar and drumming, with a punk styled bass and lyrics focused around social justice issues that reflect our time.”
THE CLASS ASSASSINS: top-notch, catchy-as-heck sing-a-long working class anthems.
BRUTAL YOUTH: relentless party punk band with aggressive spirit and deceptively intelligent lyricism.
THE FALLOUT: straight-up, stripped-down political punk rock with backbone and a backbeat.
COME OUT SWINGING: songs of working class values, anti-establishment anthems.
